The Zinnia is an attractive annual. It grows as an upright bush with daisy-like, single flowers that come in a variety of colors. They are ideal for Texas summers and grow best through hot summers.
Zinnias do great in well-drained soil and appreciate direct sunlight. It is important to water Zinnias infrequently because they are susceptible to leaf spot and mildew.
